Soft Skills & How to Incorporate them into Classrooms

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

When researching the needs of businesses today it is often said that they need employees that can problem solve and communicate effectively. Bring soft skills into your classes daily. These skills are slipping away.  It is important to teach students what they will need to know to be successful in their jobs. This includes learning how to be on time regularly, how to answer a phone or make a professional phone call, how to write in a clear and precise manner (not an essay), and much more.  Learn how you can incorporate these needed skills into your classroom daily without taking time away from the critical technical skills your students need to learn.

Participants will leave the session:

Understanding how to incorporate soft skills and effective communication skills into every class
Learn to let students lead, make mistakes, learn from their mistakes, and have the safety net to improve without the consequences often faced in industry.
