Lead to Succeed: A Course in Ethical Leadership

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The ethical leadership course supports learning outcomes such as: the importance of ethics and ethical decision-making; how and why ethics matter in the business community; and critical leadership skills that will add value in school right now, and later in career and college. This course will help students begin to understand what business is, what it takes to succeed in business, and how ethical leadership skills are used in business careers. Ultimately, participation in the course can help students visualize how their own interests may align with business careers and better prepare them for a professional future in the business arena. Please join Holly and Krysti, who are currently piloting the course in their respective schools, as they provide their personal insight and information about the course.

Participants will leave this session:
  • Understanding the ethical leadership course and the benefits it provides to students, the school district, and the community
  • Authentic ideas on how to implement the course
