Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Are you looking for a tool to reduce your time spent lesson planning? Have you seen course guides in states connection but wondered exactly what they are and how you could use them? Course guides are 100% aligned with the national Business Administration Curriculum Standards validated by industry across the nation.  They provide a model that can be used as-is or modified to meet your specific needs. You will leave this session with ideas on how you can use the guide to teach a current class or to design and implement a new class at no cost to your district from the perspective of a classroom teacher and local CTE director.

Learning Objectives:
  • How to spend less time developing lesson plans
  • How to create and pitch a new course using course guides
  • Ideas on ways to use and modify course guides to fit your current courses
