Students need access to quality business administration programs in high school. The difficulty lies in defining what “quality” means and how to measure it. For teachers and school districts seeking to improve programs, the answer lies in determining the characteristics that define a quality program. Participants in this session will learn how educators can utilize research-based best practices to position programs using a continuous improvement model and how teachers and administrators can use this model to strengthen local programs. This session will focus on the identification of quality program standards (best practices), the impact on program improvement, and the tools necessary to build an exemplary program.
